In here, I will introduce 8 ways to improve your self-esteem. Some might be already overcomed by yourself, and some seems like obvious. However, every change comes from the action you take.

Pay attention to the conversation with myself.

In fact, we talk to ourselves without trying. Think about how you are talking to yourself. Encourage or blame yourself. If conversation with you is positive, it helps to establish a positive self-image. On the other hand, if negative, it eats self-esteem.

If you want to change your life, you have to change your perspective. And if you want to change your point of view, you have to change your way of talking to yourself. The older you are, the greater your responsibility for your thoughts, words and beliefs. Have you been troubled by such and such a life problem already? But why do you have problems with your daily conversation with your own negative thoughts?
